Step 1   Guide Prices

Before you dive into searching the catalogue, take a moment to check out the guide prices below to see if our prices fit your budget.

These guide prices cover about 250 of our 12,000 products, giving you a sneak peek at what we offer. Just a heads up, all prices will be double-checked and confirmed before finalizing.

If you find our prices work for you, go ahead and browse through our catalogue using the menu above. Happy searching.

Why is there no price list?

Since the pandemic hit, we've found that raw material prices have been quite unpredictable, seems to be the same with many countries around the world. This is why we don’t have a price list available. With so many products to offer, it’s tough to keep everything updated! When you request prices, we will calculate the latest price.

We’re also proud to follow a fair-trade policy that ensures our talented craftsmen are treated fairly. That means our prices are fixed, and we don’t negotiate. Thanks for understanding!

Step 2   Create an Account

You will need to create an account to request prices. Its quick and easy; it just needs a log-in name, email, and password. Once logged in, you can see your quotations, orders, invoices, help desk tickets, send custom product requests, send emails and access the container calculators and shipping port finder.

You can change your password, and for extra security, you can enable two-factor authentication on your account.

Step 3   Search the Catalogue

Our catalogue has over 12,000 products. Click on a product you like and add it to the Quote Cart to request prices.

You can also add them to the "Wish List" to save them for future reference.

Filtering Products

The catalogue is grouped into product categories. You can filter the products by using the tags underneath the categories.

You can filter all the products or products in each category by:

Product style, product material, eco-friendly, best sellers, and products in the guide price list.

Step 4   Select any Options

Size Options

If a product has size options, you can leave it as the standard size. However, if you want a special size, add the size now that you want making, so we can calculate the price. Example: W0 x D0 x H0 cm. Also check the mattress, dining table, and sofa sizes in "Select Options." to use as a guide for those types of products.

All sizes must be in centimeters

Product Options

If a product has options, for example, wood finish or fabric, you can leave the default options. You can decide these later. However, if you want to see the options available, go to "Select Options."

In the "Select Options" section, you will see images and descriptions of all the options.

For some products, you can select options from the drop-down menu on each product page. However, for some options, for example, fabric, there are 100's of options; the drop-down would be too long. So we created a selection box where you can copy and paste the information of your selection into the box.

Copy and paste all of the text that is below the picture of your selected option.

The option pages will open in a new browser tab. It's easier to copy and paste.

Quantities

Add the quantities you require.

Some products have a minimum order quantity. If that's the case, you'll see the minimum amount already filled in on each product page.

Special Requests

For some products, you can make a special request. If a product does, and you have a special requirement, you can let us know by typing in the box. This maybe, for example, can you paint it blue? The bottom shelf needs to be 65 cm high to add a mini fridge. Whatever you need.

Step 5   Request Quotations

Once you have added all the products you are interested in to the quote cart, send it to us to request prices. Quotations normally take 3–5 working days (Mon–Fri) to produce. The quotation will be emailed to you. It will also appear here in the My Account section.

All prices quoted are based on an incoterm EXW (ex-works) basis.

Step 6   Custom Products (Not in the catalogue)

If you're looking for custom products, you're in great company—around 40% of what we create is made just for our awesome customers like you! Just pop over to the Contact section in the main menu and fill out our custom product inquiry form. We can't wait to hear your ideas!

PLEASE NOTE:

You can only see this form in the menu and access this page if you are logged in.

Step 7   Container Calculator & Shipping Ports Finder

When you have received our quotation, it will include the cubic meters (CBM) of each product and the total CBM. Head over to our container calculators & Shipping Ports Finder in the help menu section above.

PLEASE NOTE:

You can only see these tools in the menu and access these pages if you are logged in.

There are two container calculators.

Product Container Calculator

You can add each product and fine-tune the quantities. You can adjust quantities or add or remove items to fill the container optimally, making it as economical as possible to ship. The calculator will tell you what is the best size container to use or if multiple containers are needed. It will show how full the container is and what free space is still left. Finally, you can download the results as a PDF.

Quick Container Calculator

Here you can quickly add the total CBM. The calculator will tell you what is the best size container to use or if multiple containers are needed. It will show how full the container is and what free space is still left. Finally, you can download the results as a PDF.

Shipping Ports Finder

Search for your country and see the container shipping ports for the country and the UN/LOCODE. The UN/LOCODE is an international code system to identify each port.

The country list is not complete but has many countries. If your country is not on the list, you can contact our freight forwarder, who will advise you.

Step 8   Update Quotations

If you have used the container calculators and changed any items or quantities. Or if you want to add new or remove products from the quote you have received from us. Go to the contact section and complete the update quotations form.

PLEASE NOTE:

You can only see this form in the menu and access this page if you are logged in.

Step 9   Get a Shipping Quote

When you have finalised everything that you want to order you can complete the Shipping Quote Form which is in the Contact section.

PLEASE NOTE:

You can only see this form in the menu and access this page if you are logged in.

We mentioned in Step 5 Request Quotations all the prices were on a EXW - Exworks basis.

EXW - Exworks is part of Incoterms.

What is Incoterm?

The Incoterms or International Commercial Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce relating to international commercial law, which are recognised globally for international trade.

What does EXW – Ex Works mean?

In simple terms it means you collect the goods from our warehouse.

Under EXW Incoterms, the responsibility for supplying the goods lies with the seller which is Zenddu. This means that the buyer, which is you, assumes all costs and risks as soon as the goods are collected from the us.

Once we have packed and labelled the goods, we have fulfilled our contractual obligation. It is now the buyer’s responsibility, which is you, with a freight forwarder to handle transportation costs, obtain the necessary export documents licences, and take full responsibility for all associated risks.

Its sounds a little complicated, but in reality it easy and pain free, if you use our recommended freight forwarder. Tell them where you want the goods shipping to and sit back and relax. We have worked with them for years, and they are great, very reliable, thorough and quick to respond. We never have had any negative comments about them.

Our recommended freight forwarder will contact you and give you a quote for the export and shipping costs to your destination port. They will organise all the export documents and ocean freight bookings.

For all export and shipping costs and payments you deal direct with the freight forwarder not Zenddu.

Step 10   Congratulations! You're now ready to order

Now you have finalised the products you want, you're ready to place an order.

Go to the Contact section and complete the Sales - Place an Order form.

Attatch your order as a spreadsheet, word document or the product container calculator PDF.

 PLEASE NOTE:

You can only see this form in the menu and access this page if you are logged in.

You should now fully understand how to use the catalogue.

Now, head on over to our Guide to Ordering where you will learn about the order processing process step-by-step, from placing an order to shipping.
